Using this website

By using Crevilot, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to follow these terms and all applicable laws. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with marketplace operation or use the service for unlawful activity.

Customer accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorised by you unless you promptly notify Crevilot of suspected unauthorised access.

Products and availability

Crevilot may offer physical books, ebooks, digital resources and other products from Crevilot or marketplace authors. Product descriptions, availability, pricing and format information should be reviewed before purchase. We may correct obvious listing or pricing errors.

Orders and payments

An order is subject to acceptance and successful payment where payment is required. Payment options shown at checkout may vary by location and configuration. Crevilot may cancel or place an order on hold where payment, fraud, stock or fulfilment issues require review.

Digital products

Ebooks and other digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s permitted personal use unless a product clearly states otherwise. Digital files must not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly or uploaded to unauthorised platforms.

Physical delivery

Physical products are subject to the shipping options, delivery areas, charges and estimated timeframes displayed or communicated at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays are caused by carriers, customs or events outside reasonable control.

Marketplace authors and vendors

Some products may be supplied by independent authors or marketplace vendors. Crevilot may facilitate listings, payment, customer service and order administration while the relevant vendor remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they submit.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, layouts and platform materials belong to Crevilot or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a book or digital product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property ownership.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, comment or other content, it must be truthful, lawful and relevant. Crevilot may remove content that is abusive, misleading, infringing, spam-like or otherwise inappropriate for the marketplace.
