Where we ship
Crevilot is intended to support delivery within Zimbabwe and selected international destinations. The exact countries and regions available will depend on the shipping methods configured in WooCommerce before launch.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated from the delivery location, order contents, product weight or dimensions and the shipping method available at checkout. The final charge is shown before the order is placed.
Processing time
Physical orders require processing before dispatch. The final production policy should state the normal handling period once the client confirms fulfilment arrangements. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next working day.
Estimated delivery
Any delivery estimate shown on the website is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Delivery time may be affected by destination, carrier capacity, customs procedures, weather or other events outside Crevilot’s reasonable control.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, the customer may receive a tracking reference by email or through their account. Tracking availability can vary by carrier and destination.
International orders
International shipments may be subject to customs, import taxes, duties or local handling charges. Unless the final checkout configuration states otherwise, these charges are normally the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Customers should review shipping details before completing checkout. Additional charges may apply where an order must be redirected or resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
Digital products do not require shipping
Ebooks and other downloadable products are delivered digitally and do not incur physical shipping charges. If a cart contains both physical and digital items, shipping applies only to the physical portion of the order.
