Ebook Download Policy
How digital-book access, downloads and permitted use work on Crevilot.

Digital delivery
Eligible ebooks are made available after the order reaches the required payment or completion status. Access may be provided through the order confirmation page, order email and the Downloads area of the customer account.
Account access
Customers should use the account and email address associated with the purchase. Keeping access inside the customer account helps Crevilot protect files, troubleshoot delivery issues and maintain a purchase record.
Download limits
Crevilot may apply a download limit, expiration period or other access rule to individual products. The applicable settings can be adjusted before launch and may vary by title or publisher requirement.
Personal-use licence
Unless the product page states otherwise, purchasing an ebook gives the customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for personal use. Copyright and ownership remain with the author, publisher or other rights holder.
No unauthorised sharing
Customers must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, mass-share or otherwise provide purchased ebook files to people who did not buy or receive authorised access to the product.
File protection and watermarking
Crevilot may use protected download links, access limits, customer-account controls, activity logs or file watermarking to reduce unauthorised distribution. No digital protection method can guarantee that copying is technically impossible.
Device and software compatibility
Customers are responsible for using a device or application capable of opening the file format supplied. Product pages should identify the available format whenever possible.
Download problems
If a valid purchase cannot be downloaded, the file is corrupted or an incorrect file is delivered, contact Crevilot with the order number and the email address used for the purchase so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds for digital products
Refund eligibility for ebooks is governed by the Crevilot Refund Policy. Because digital access can be delivered immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be restricted after a file has been made available or downloaded.

Secure account-gated delivery is active: direct file access is blocked, login is required, and this test allows one download for one day. Full document-level DRM or personalised watermarking is not yet active and requires a separate licensed DRM provider.
